Donatoni’s new 5 axis WaterJet – the J5.42 – has been designed and developed to meet the needs of stone fabricators who are looking for a reliable and easy-to-operate waterjet cutting system to process different materials.
The centrepiece of the J5.42 is the cutting head, a compact and powerful 5-axis unit equipped with Donatoni’s state-of-the-art technology. It has a C-axis with endless rotation and a nozzle tilt axis between +/- 60 degrees.
The high-pressure pump system can reach a max pressure of 4200 bar and thanks to a constantly regulating system, the pressure remains uniform throughout the cutting process. The J5.42 is:

A versatile machine that can meet a broad range of different cutting and shaping needs. The Donatoni D725 is a 5/6 interpolated axes CNC bridge milling machine. It is particularly versatile, suitable for the production of different products such as kitchen countertops, bathroom countertops, shower trays, engravings, bas-reliefs and various claddings for the building industry in marble, granite, ceramics and artificial stone. It is a machine that can perform cuts up to a depth of 250 mm, simple and complex shaping.
The D725 can be used for milling, drilling and shaping and the vast choice of accessories makes these operations simpler and faster without having to move the material from the machine table and without prolonged downtime. The D725 offers:
