The 10-wheel edger STONEDGE 10 is designed to ensure excellent edge polishing quality. The high quality of the raw materials used to craft the machine, the carefully engineered design and the complete control over the entire construction process give it great reliability over time. The STONEDGE 10 guarantees very high quality production, enhanced by an exceptional level of finish.

The 11/45 model allows you to perform, in addition to the straight edge processing, literally perfect 45° cuts, ready to be coupled. And thanks to the stability of the piece during processing guaranteed by the vertical orientation, you can obtain such precise finishing levels that no further hand processing is necessary.
The quality of Bovone cutting exceeds the quality achieved by the other technologies used so far in the stone sector, such as waterjet and edge polishing, and a higher processing speed.
Given the high level of quality and precision of the finish, Stonedge 11/45 is highly efficient especially when processing ceramics that imitate natural stones: the natural stone effect given by the continuity of the texture is thanks to perfectly continuous couplings.
Once the pieces have been cut from a slab(s), they go directly onto the Stonedge 11/45 automatic edger which works in series at a very high speed. When the pieces come out, they are ready to be assembled without having to go through further rectifications and controls, with consequent reduction of costs and potential risks of compromise of the piece through handling.

Jolly 4 is a fast, reliable machine that guarantees maximum precision in 45° grinding. The design and construction of the machine are oriented towards maximum ease of use, sturdiness and reliability.
The machine works with 4 diamond wheels: the first three are in a fixed position (variable angle from 45° to 47°) for the inclined thread and the fourth peripheral wheel for the execution in a single pass of the flat edge or the edge radius.
